Just as fine dining is not "just about the food", the Sabal Palm House is not "just about the bed". From its charming and well appointed decor, to its attention to detail, to its charming Inn Keepers,Coleen & John, it did not disappoint. Coleen actually made several dinner reservations ahead of our visit and then called us to see if we wanted her to reserve a tee time on the golf course. Suffice it to say, our expectations were surpassed. Of course the bed was cozy and comfy but, as noted, the experience was far more. In fact, it was enough to make us plan to go back.
